Production Coordinator
Position Type: Full-Time / Onsite
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES In this role, you will oversee and manage the production process from order placement through final delivery. Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through are essential. The ability to manage multiple orders while coordinating across departments is key to success.
Send order requests to vendors and confirm order details, including back orders
Enter purchase orders into the system and distribute to vendors
Maintain and update cost sheet data within the Purchase Order system
Manage and track the Time and Action calendar to ensure all production milestones are met for each order and product category
Coordinate with Sales, Art Department, and Product Development teams to ensure timely shipments in accordance with order requirements
Review and approve carton markings and packaging layouts
Monitor production timelines and proactively address delays or issues
Maintain accurate records and ensure all order details are up to date
Support cross-functional communication to ensure smooth workflow and execution
Perform related duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE BA/BFA Degree in Fashion Merchandising or Related Field with 2+ years’ experience
