who wants to build a territory, develop long‑term client relationships, and create recurring revenue. Our company provides
commercial exterior building services , including: Your mission is simple:
Build relationships with property managers and decision makers. Start by developing the Madison and Milwaukee markets, with opportunities to expand into Minneapolis/St. Paul, North Chicago, and Nashville as future territories. Compensation:
8% commission up to $300K revenue 2% residual income after year one Mileage reimbursement or vehicle allowance What Success Looks Like:
Strong pipeline of proposals. Comfortable prospecting and cold outreach. Strong relationship builder. Self-driven and goal oriented. If you want to
