R-100166**Job Description**# ****JOB PURPOSE****In this role, you will curate exceptional experiences through consultative selling and thoughtful planning, guiding members from the first conversation through seamless execution.

Serving as a trusted advisor, you will play a critical role in positioning the new KCC clubhouse as the premier private club setting for celebrations, meetings, and social gatherings by delivering an elevated member experience grounded in financial stewardship and operational excellence.# ****CORE RESPONSIBILITIES***** **Sales Conversion:** Thoughtfully convert inbound member and approved guest inquiries into contracted private events through consultative guidance, personalized proposals, and intentional event design.* **Revenue Stewardship:** Own and grow a defined annual banquet revenue goal driven by strong member demand, curated offerings, and the prestige of the KCC brand while balancing elevated experiences with responsible financial stewardship.* **Contract Ownership:** Negotiate and execute contracts in accordance with club policies, managing deposits, payment schedules, and billing processes in partnership with Finance to ensure clarity, compliance, and a seamless member experience.* **Financial Performance:**Maintain accountability for the financial health of private member events through awareness of food cost and labor impact, evaluation of event performance metrics, and contributing to forecasting and continuous refinement of pricing and service standards.* **Member Relationship Management:**Build trusted relationships with members by understanding their preferences, expectations, and traditions. Provide personalized guidance and recommendations that strengthen loyalty and encourage repeat celebrations.* **Proposal & Event Curation:** Shape each member’s celebration by translating their vision into customized proposals and comprehensive event plans, confidently recommending enhancements that elevate the experience while upholding KCC’s standards of excellence.* **Event Planning & Documentation:** Develop detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and lead pre-event alignment meetings to ensure seamless communication and operational preparedness across culinary and service teams.* **On-Site Event Leadership:**Provide visible, confident leadership during key events, serving as the primary host and escalation point while ensuring service flow and presentation reflect KCC standards.* **Operational Partnership:** Collaborate closely with Club leadership to ensure operational readiness, consistency, and continuous improvement of the private event experience.# ****WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS POSITION***** Minimum of 3 years of experience in event sales, convention services, or hospitality event management, preferably within a private club or luxury hospitality environment.* Demonstrated ability to manage contracted events from initial inquiry through seamless execution with confidence and precision.* Strong consultative selling mindset with the ability to guide members through meaningful, milestone-driven decisions with professionalism and care.* Exceptional organizational and time management skills with disciplined attention to detail and documentation.* Professional presence and sound judgment to lead high-profile or milestone-driven events with confidence, discretion, and poise.* Financial awareness with an understanding of pricing strategy, cost drivers, and billing processes within a hospitality environment.* Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.* Working knowledge of banquet operations, food and beverage service standards, and event production logistics.* Availability to work evenings and weekends in alignment with the private event calendar.* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.# ****WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:***** At Greenleaf Hospitality Group, we believe great events are created by people who feel supported, trusted, and empowered.
