PR Regional Sales Manager (North Poland)

to drive the development of its regional sales network and strengthen market presence.

The ideal candidate is a commercially driven professional with strong expertise in B2B sales and distribution network development within the manufacturing or construction materials sector. You combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, and you thrive in building partnerships from the ground up. You are confident navigating complex negotiations, analyzing market dynamics, and identifying high‑potential business opportunities. With an established network and deep understanding of the local market, you are able to quickly create impact and deliver measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks You will be responsible for designing and executing the regional sales network strategy, ensuring strong market penetration and sustainable growth. This includes analyzing market trends, competitors, and customer behavior, as well as identifying optimal locations and structure for the distribution network.

A key part of your role will be proactively sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding new distribution partners. You will leverage industry networks, events, and market intelligence to identify high-quality partners, while assessing their financial stability, operational capabilities, and market reputation.

You will play a critical role in building long‑term business relationships, negotiating commercial agreements, and ensuring that sales, service quality, and customer satisfaction targets are consistently met.

Bachelor’s degree or higher

Minimum 5 years of experience in the local market

At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, distribution network development, or sales management

Experience in industries such as building materials, manufacturing, metallurgy, cement, mining, or related sectors

Strong business development and negotiation skills

Solid financial analysis and contract management capabilities

Existing network of clients and industry contacts

Fluent English and Polish

Willingness to travel frequently

Approx. 14,500 – 23,500 PLN gross / month + performance-based bonus
