Job summary Assemble wood cabinets from engineering drawings, utilizing a variety of different tools, and equipment.

What a day in the life of a Cabinet Maker at REV looks like

Fabricating and installing cabinet components and hardware.

Mark outlines or dimensions of parts, according to blueprints or drawing specifications

Cutting 45-degree miters on aluminum and anodized trim

Adhering laminate to the substrate with contact adhesive

Final assembly of parts and hardware

Required education, skills, and experience to be successful

Experience in cabinet making, assembly, and installation.

Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and layouts with written and verbal instructions.

Ability to read and use a tape measure for precise measurements.

Ability to use hand tools and power tools such as but not limited to drills, screw guns, power saws, table saw, band saw, miter saw.

Ability to work from ladders and scaffolding

Must have the ability to read, write, and perform mathematical computations at a level required for successful job performance

Ability to communicate professionally and follow directions

Ability to work in a team environment

Successful completion of the drug and background screening

Preferred high school diploma or GED

Physical demands of this role

Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, and climbing up and down ladders and scaffolding

Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs without assistance

Ability to work with arms above head

Ability to operate and understand the operation of all protective safety equipment in the area.

Ability to work in non-temperature-controlled environments

Overtime may be required based on business needs. This position may require mandatory overtime up to three (3) out of four (4) Fridays per month.
