What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Serve as the primary commercial contact for healthcare providers regarding Pfizer’s Hemophilia Portfolio
Develop and execute tailored account plans to meet business objectives while addressing customer educational needs
Engage with key stakeholders in Hemophilia Treatment Centers and hospitals to promote product knowledge and utilization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer and patient experiences
Identify and overcome barriers to care to support patient needs and drive business success
What is Required (Qualifications):
BS/BA Degree required, or an associate’s degree with 8+ years of experience, or a high school diploma with 10+ years of relevant experience
5-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, with at least three years in specialty sales
Proven track record of sales success and strong territory management skills
Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities
Valid US driver’s license and compliance with driving record standards
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in specialty pharmacy or account management preferred
Background in hemophilia rare disease commercial roles and competitive product launches preferred
Familiarity with institutional level engagements, including P&T committees and specialty pharmacy networks preferred
Experience working with thought leaders in large practices or managed care organizations preferred
