What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for healthcare providers regarding the employer’s Hemophilia Portfolio
Achieve sales targets through advanced selling skills and tailored account plans
Educate healthcare providers on the disease state, patient journey, and approved therapies
Identify and address barriers to care while ensuring compliance with corporate policies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience and support patient needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
BS/BA Degree required, or an associate’s degree with 8+ years of experience; or a high school diploma with 10+ years of relevant experience
5-10 years of previous pharmaceutical/biotech experience, with at least three years in specialty sales
Proven track record of sales success, strong territory management, and excellent communication skills
Ability to assess account needs and utilize cross-functional tools to drive performance
Valid US driver’s license and compliance with company standards for driving record
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in Specialty Pharmacy and Account Management
Background in Hemophilia Rare Disease commercial customer-facing roles
Familiarity with institutional-level operations, including P&T engagement and specialty pharmacy
Experience working with key thought leaders or high-influence customers
Knowledge of competitive launch experience bringing innovative therapies to market
