Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and conduct telephone interviews with pre-employment applicants as part of their background screening process

Engage with pre-employment applicants via text, email, and phone

Escalate top priority, critical issues to the appropriate department

Occasionally makes outbound calls to pre-employment applicants providing instructional information

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Detail oriented

Ability to work independently

Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues

Ability to multitask and have great organizational skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
