Business Development Representative (BDR)
📍 Seabrook, NH (Full-time, in-office)
🕒 East Coast: M–F 8–5 | West Coast: 10–7 or 11–8
***Both roles are full time on site
We’re hiring 2 BDRs ASAP due to growth, with a clear path to a closing role within ~12 months.
About the Role:
- High-volume outbound (70–80 calls/day)
- Set meetings for Regional Sales Managers
- Partner closely with sales leadership (1:1 support model)
- Prospect new leads + re-engage dormant accounts
- Focus on big box retail accounts
- Hands-on training in product, market strategy, and sales process
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong phone presence and communication skills
- Driven, resilient, and coachable
- Open to background; must want a long-term sales career
Comp:
- $50K–$55K base + $60K–$80K OTE
