Business Development Representative (BDR)
***Both roles are full time on site
We’re hiring 2 BDRs ASAP due to growth, with a clear path to a closing role within ~12 months.
About the Role:
Set meetings for Regional Sales Managers
Partner closely with sales leadership (1:1 support model)
Prospect new leads + re-engage dormant accounts
Focus on big box retail accounts
Hands‑on training in product, market strategy, and sales process
What We’re Looking For:
Strong phone presence and communication skills
Driven, resilient, and coachable
Open to background; must want a long‑term sales career
Comp:
$50K–$55K base + $60K–$80K OTE
