Researching GSE audits
Issue management (Ensuring action plan deadline, look-backs, remediation)
Very dynamic and fluid team to support the line of business.
Required Qualifications Must-have hard skills:
Mortgage default
Issue management
Default investor guideline knowledge
Excel (Formulas and formatting)
Preferred Qualifications
Foreclosure
Bankruptcy
Create analysis from the data to share with the senior executive
Preferred/Ideal Candidate Background Mortgage industry Audit
Soft skills
Strong communication skills at an executive level
