Job Description
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth within our foreclosure and default management services platform. This role is responsible for developing relationships with mortgage servicers, lenders, investors, and legal partners, while expanding our footprint in existing and emerging markets. The ideal candidate understands the foreclosure lifecycle, compliance-driven service environments, and consultative selling to institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with mortgage servicers, lenders, investors, and related institutional clients
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships focused on retention, cross-selling, and service expansion
Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, outreach, RFP responses, pricing discussions, and contract negotiation
Collaborate with operations, legal, and compliance teams to ensure accurate representation of service capabilities
Track pipeline activity, forecasts, and performance metrics using CRM tools
Represent the company at industry conferences, trade events, and client meetings
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments impacting foreclosure services
Qualifications
3–7+ years of business development or sales experience in foreclosure services, default management, mortgage servicing, or related financial services
Demonstrated success selling to institutional or enterprise-level clients
Strong understanding of foreclosure timelines, state-specific processes, and compliance considerations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to operate independently in a performance-driven environment
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
Preferred Experience
Existing relationships with mortgage servicers, lenders, or foreclosure law firms
Experience responding to RFPs and working with vendor management teams
Knowledge of multi-state foreclosure operations
