Position Overview Fine’ry is a modern lifestyle brand rooted in fragrance, with recent expansion into personal care and men’s categories.

We’re looking for a skilled and passionate Senior Brand Manager (Approx. 6‑month contract) for Fine’ry with proven experience in brand marketing across fragrance, beauty, personal care, or consumer goods to help build, scale, and evolve Fine’ry as a cohesive lifestyle brand.

This high‑impact role focuses on bringing Fine’ry to life through best‑in‑class visual merchandising, brand storytelling, and flawless, detail‑driven execution across retail, digital, and experiential touchpoints. The person will lead go‑to‑market for new launches and seasonal programs across multiple categories, and shape and scale Fine’ry through strategy, storytelling, and full 360° execution across all consumer touchpoints.

They should be culturally fluent and trend‑aware, translating current trends into shoppable retail‑ready brand moments.

The role is based in NYC with an expectation of in‑office presence 3 days a week per company policy.

Key Responsibilities

GTM Strategy : Set vision and define success for Fine’ry as a fragrance‑led lifestyle brand. Help define, lead, and execute GTM strategy and annual brand marketing plans, translating strategy to consumer through retail, visual merchandising, and storytelling frameworks that scale across doors.

Project Management / Execution & Briefing : End‑to‑end execution of brand initiatives across fragrance and personal care. Own and manage multiple brand projects (visual merchandising, campaigns, promotions, seasonal moments, innovation launches). Provide clear briefs, lead day‑to‑day execution, partner with Sales and retail partners, plan launch 360 marketing programs.

Creative, Content & Brand Storytelling : Brand storyteller and visual editor across fragrance, men’s, and personal care. Write briefs, lead creative, build brand equity through content, integrate across consumer journey.

Budget Management & P/L : Own marketing budget, ROI mindset, P/L and cost management.

Business Results & Opportunity Assessment : Analyze market and business for growth opportunities, refine strategies, set standards, measure success, lead post‑launch analyses.

Skills & Capability Development : Coach and develop Associate, set objectives, provide coaching.

Cross‑Functional Management : Partner internal teams and external agencies, lead cross‑functional collaboration across Integrated Marketing, Sales, Creative, Innovations, Ops, agencies.

Champion the Brand : Drive alignment strategy with senior management, consult partners, participate in sales and marketing presentations.

Qualifications and Requirements

6+ years of brand marketing experience in CPG, beauty, personal care or fragrance; Fortune 500 preferred.

Proven track record launching new products, implementing GTM strategies, building brands.

Strong project management, multi‑category and multi‑project execution under tight deadlines.

Highly organized, detail‑obsessed, owning complex execution.

Strong visual merchandising experience, improving shelf presence.

Deep understanding of omnichannel marketing, including in‑store, e-commerce, digital and trade marketing.

Interest in fragrance and beauty trends, cultural‑forward, trend savvy.

Data‑driven, analytical, interpret data into action; knowledge of IRI/Nielsen a plus.

Excellent communication and storytelling—both written and verbal; comfortable presenting to stakeholders.

Creative thinker with sharp eye for aesthetics and copywriting; omni‑channel storytelling.

Strong interpersonal skills, cross‑functional collaboration, agencies, retail partners.

Thrives in entrepreneurial, fast‑paced environment; open to change and ambiguity.

What We Offer $50/hour. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
