Responsible for supporting multiple sales teams across Paramount Global for Vantage account management during the sales and selling cycle. Position will be treated as Vantage point person for all aspects after the close of a sale and will maintain assigned accounts on a day-to-day basis, from order booking through invoice clearance, across all Vantage platforms (Linear, Digital, OTT, LLA, VOD). The position has frequent contact with clients, as well as a diverse group of both internal and external constituents. Position is focused on exceeding our customers’ post sale needs, while adhering to all internal policies and processes.

Work Location: This role is currently remote but will be transitioning to a fully in person role sometime in 2026. Candidates should be comfortable with working 5 days/week in office at our 1515 Broadway, NYC location.

Responsibilities

Build effective relationships at agencies through on-going communication with various departments i.e. Buying, Traffic, and Accounting

Coordinate with Sales, P&I, Delivery, Traffic, Ad Ops and third-party vendor Known, on the maintenance of agency accounts including:

Applicable Upfront and Scatter order entry

Applicable Digital, OTT, LLA, STB VOD campaign entry in Operative One

Timely delivery of advertiser schedules/flowcharts and I/Os

Input of all inventory adds, deletes, and moves per P&I, Known, and/or client direction (with appropriate approval)

Maintain schedule changes, both internal and external, including follow-up with agencies

Product/Brand allocations, discrepancy resolution, invoice clearance, flight changes, digital campaign management, liability tracking, ADU scheduling

EDI maintenance for applicable accounts

Proficient use of WIDE ORBIT, OPERATIVE ONE and SALES FORCE to manage deals

Support and enhance agency relationships by monitoring requests and ensuring commercial spots are booked according to guidelines

Monitor unit exception reports to ensure all contracted dollars are booked and all unschedulable units are placed

Work with P&I and Known to flight deals, maintain any CPM guidelines, manage the effect of program changes on schedules

Update digital allocations based on campaign performance at the direction of Vantage Panning Solutions

Schedule linear Vantage units on the logs and communicate daily with Commercial Operations to resolve any issues and reconcile discrepancies

Enter all linear copy instructions for Vantage accounts

Coordinate with clients to gather missing tapes and tags

Gather live linear addressable ISCIs from the client to communicate with internal traffic team

Work with S&P and the NOC to confirm that commercial spots are in-house and approved

Work closely with Billing and A/R teams to reconcile and clear invoices in a timely manner, monitor accounts receivable, and issue invoice adjustments

Qualifications

Motivated self-starter, eager to engage in the business and learn Paramount Global processes from beginning to end.

At least 1 year of experience in the media industry preferred

PC Savvy: Expertise in Word and Excel

Strong analytical skills

Must have superior customer service skills

Must have flawless attention to detail

Proven ability to work in a fast-moving environment

Must have the ability to prioritize. Must be flexible with hours

Must have strong communications skills both verbal and written

Must be able to manage multiple tasks and activities simultaneously

College degree preferred

Additional Information Hiring Salary Range: $55,000.00 - 65,000.00.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
