Your Role
A part‑time Brand Ambassador brings the brand to life every day, providing everyone who comes into the store with an amazing shopping experience. You are the face of the company, proud of it, and passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. Most of all, you represent the company values and bring your real self to work every day.
Responsibilities
Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what they’re looking for, always with a friends‑first mindset.
Be passionate about AE & Aerie products, educating guests on details and suggesting items that fit their needs.
Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
Hang in any zone – Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, or Stockroom – and flex as needed.
Solve guest concerns proactively, sticking to company policy.
Cooperate with the team, always willing to help your colleagues get the job done.
Operate with integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
