As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide everyone who comes in the store with an amazing shopping experience and to represent our company values with your authentic self. Responsibilities
Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model to help them find exactly what they’re looking for with a "friends first" mindset. (What’s the AEO Selling Model? We’ll teach you everything you need to know.) Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs. Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests. Flex across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed. Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy. Collaborate with your team to get the job done. Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO’s policies and procedures.
