American Eagle Outfitters Inc. invites you to join as a part‑time Senior Brand Ambassador. Your goal is to provide every shopper with an amazing store experience, building brand loyalty and representing AEO’s values.
Job Description This role is part‑time. You will serve as the face of the company and the “real” ambassador who brings energy and product knowledge to every interaction.
Your Responsibilities
Use the AEO Selling Model to engage customers with a “friends first” mindset, helping them find exactly what they need.
Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details, making relevant product suggestions.
Introduce AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to customers.
Adapt to different zones—sales floor, cash/wrap, fitting room, stockroom—flexibly as required.
Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policies.
Support teammates, assist in getting the job done, and maintain a collaborative team spirit.
Adhere to AEO policies, procedures, and integrity standards.

You are energetic, able to handle multiple tasks, and available during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
You have a passion for AE and Aerie products.
Prior retail experience is preferred.
