Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)
As a part‑time Brand Ambassador at American Eagle Outfitters Inc., you bring our brand to life every day and provide guests with an amazing shopping experience. Your goal is to build brand loyalty and represent company values while bringing your authentic self to work.
Responsibilities
Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what they’re looking for, with a “friends first” mindset.
Educate guests about AE & Aerie product details and make personalized product suggestions.
Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
Adapt quickly between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
Assist teammates and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Uphold integrity by following AEO policies and procedures.
Requirements
Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for interacting with people.
Energy and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays when guests shop.
Enthusiasm for AE and Aerie products.
Previous retail experience is preferred.
Minimum age 16 years.
