Responsibilities
Use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests with a “friends first” mindset.
Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make personalized product suggestions.
Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
Assist teammates to achieve team goals.
Adhere to AEO policies & procedures with integrity.
Qualifications
Passionate about interacting with people.
Energetic and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Available to work evenings, weekends & holidays.
Love AE and Aerie products.
Prior retail experience.
At least 16 years of age.
