AE – Brand Ambassador (Sales Associate)
American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is looking for a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life every day. Your goal is to provide an amazing shopping experience for every guest, building brand loyalty and representing company values.
Responsibilities
- Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what they're looking for, with a "friends first" mindset.
- Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs.
- Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
- Flex between the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.
- Proactively resolve guest concerns while sticking to company policy.
- Assist your team and contribute to teamwork.
- Adhere to AEO's policies & procedures, acting with integrity.
Qualifications
- Love interacting with people.
- Full of energy and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Available to work evenings, weekends & holidays.
- Love AE and Aerie products.
- Have previous retail experience.
- At least 16 years of age.
Benefits and Pay
Base pay range: $17.00 per hour to $18.70 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by experience and location. Eligible associates may receive paid sick leave, holiday pay, and other benefits. For more details, click HERE.
