Your Responsibilities
Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest, helping them find exactly what they’re looking for with a “friends first” mindset.
Educate guests on product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs.
Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
Be flexible across zones: Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
Support teammates to get the job done.
Adhere to AEO policies & procedures and act with integrity.
You'd Be Great For This Role
Love interacting with people.
Full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Love AE and Aerie products.
Previous retail experience.
At least 16 years of age.
