
Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Coordinator to join their team! This position is located in Los Angeles, California.
Duties
Own end-to-end campaign execution for lifecycle marketing initiatives, from planning through deployment, across email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and other owned channels
Partner with business units and brand stakeholders to align on campaign objectives, audience strategies, messaging priorities, and KPIs
Coordinate cross-functional teams, design, product, analytics, merchandising, and operations, to deliver high-quality assets across the lifecycle funnel
Manage and maintain a centralized campaign calendar, ensuring alignment with programming schedules, product launches, tentpole events, and acquisition initiatives
Oversee campaign workflows, including timelines, approvals, QA processes, and deployment milestones using project management tools
Track and analyze campaign performance, including open rates, CTR, conversions, and retention metrics
Provide actionable insights for optimization
Support A/B testing strategies to continuously improve engagement, conversion, and customer experience
Adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and execution quality
Desired Skills/Experience
1+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, email marketing, or campaign/project coordination
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle strategies such as: acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and win-back
Hands‑on experience with marketing automation platforms such as: Braze or similar tools
Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously with strong organizational skills
Data‑driven mindset with experience analyzing performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Amplitude, or Adobe Analytics
Experience with audience segmentation, targeting strategies, and A/B testing methodologies
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross‑functionally across marketing, product, data, and creative teams
Familiarity with project management tools such as: Google Workspace, Airtable, Jira and Monday.com
Experience in subscription, streaming, media, or entertainment industries is a plus
