Pay Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $62,354 – $69,700 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. What will you do?

Partner with marketing, creative, and business stakeholders to define goals and messaging

Lead creation, execution, and deployment of promotional and lifecycle email campaigns.

Manage email calendars and act as project manager for assigned email initiatives

Develop and maintain audience segments and targeting strategies

Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests

Produce performance reports and translate results into optimization recommendations

Document learnings, testing outcomes, and best practices

Contribute to SOP development, maintenance, and compliance

More about you

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred

Minimum of 3 years of experience in email or CRM marketing

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or comparable ESPs

Working knowledge of HTML and email rendering best practices

Strong AMPScript and SQL skills

Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills

Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
