The opportunity
Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a full-time Franchise Marketing Optimization Analyst to join our team in Buffalo, New York. As a Franchise Marketing Optimization Analyst, you will be responsible for implementing and improving marketing programs and commercial strategies provided by franchisors across the company’s branded hotel portfolio. Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $62,354 – $76,800 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?
FullyleverageMarriott and IHG commercial systems while strengthening property‑level use of brand tools, promotional calendars, and chain‑supported platforms
Ensureaccurateand effective execution of loyalty campaigns, member offers, brand‑led demand programs, and franchisor‑supported digital performance tools
Maintain andoptimizedigital presence across OTAs, Google Business Profiles, metasearch channels, and brand.com content modules
Support demand‑driving initiatives tied to RevPAR, ADR lift, loyalty penetration, pacing targets, and overall commercial performance
Monitor and share KPIs from chain‑driven demand and brand activations, extracting insights from dashboards toidentifyoptimization opportunities
Conduct periodic audits of OTA listings, brand sites, and promotional messaging while supporting field needs and ensuring alignment with chain standards
More about you
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or hospitality
Minimum of 3 yearsofexperience ina hospitalityfranchise ecosystem
Familiarity with Marriott and IHG commercial marketing tools and data environments
