Marketing & Communications Associate As a Marketing & Communications Associate, you will support the development and execution of Keystone’s communications and PR efforts, helping to bring the firm’s voice to life across internal and external channels as we expand our global footprint.
About The Marketing & Communications Associate Role This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to build foundational skills in corporate communications, PR, and content development. Within the first year, the Associate will contribute to executing a cohesive communications strategy, supporting content creation, and ensuring consistency across channels. The Associate will also help implement processes, coordinate across teams, and support initiatives that strengthen Keystone’s brand narrative and visibility. Additionally, the role will support internal communications and events that engage employees, share Keystone’s story externally, and amplify our thought leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Support the execution of Keystone’s communications strategy in alignment with overall marketing and brand objectives
Assist in drafting, editing, and proofreading internal and external communications, including emails, blog posts, press materials, and social content
Help maintain consistency in brand voice, messaging, and narrative across all communications channels
Support PR activities, including media list development, press monitoring, and coordination of press releases and outreach
Collaborate with marketing and editorial teams to support content development across website, blog, social media, and email
Assist in the planning and execution of the monthly Firm‑Wide Update and other internal events, coordinating with Facilities, IT, and internal stakeholders
Help translate complex ideas and content into clear, accessible messaging for different audiences
Support cross‑functional coordination to ensure alignment across communications initiatives
Track and report on communications performance metrics, helping to identify opportunities for improvement
Conduct research on industry trends, media landscape, and competitor communications to inform strategy
Provide general project management and administrative support for communications initiatives
What You’ll Bring
1–3 years of experience in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field (internships included)
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with attention to detail
Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across teams
Interest in PR, media relations, and corporate communications
Comfort working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
Basic familiarity with content management systems, social media platforms, and/or email marketing tools is a plus
Curiosity about industry trends, media, and storytelling approaches

Annual Salary Range: $60,000—$110,000 USD
