About the Role Mainly responsible for Italy and Spain market.
Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation:
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, target industries, and key decision-makers. Generate qualified leads through various channels (LinkedIn, industry events, cold outreach, etc.).
Outreach & Pipeline Development:
Execute a strategic outreach plan to initiate contact with potential clients and partners. Nurture leads through the sales funnel, from initial contact to qualified opportunity.
Client & Partner Meetings:
Schedule and conduct discovery calls and presentations (online & in-person) to understand client needs and effectively communicate our value proposition.
Proposal & Deal Support:
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product, Solutions) to develop tailored proposals, presentations, and commercial agreements.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing partners, acting as a trusted point of contact.
Market Intelligence:
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and provide insights to shape business strategy.
Reporting:
Maintain accurate records in our CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and provide regular pipeline and activity reports to management.
Qualifications
Must-Have: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related client-facing role.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Fluent in English、Italian and Spanish (both written and spoken).
