Responsibilities of the Regional Sales Manager

Develop, implement, and continuously optimize the sales and marketing strategy, including go-to-market approaches and annual business planning for dealer accounts. Identify, appoint, and develop new dealer accounts while ensuring compliance with company standards and providing ongoing support and training. Work directly with major accounts and rental companies, providing product education, technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction through regular communication. Conduct market research, identify new opportunities, gather feedback, and communicate insights to the engineering and marketing teams for product improvement. Secure sales orders to meet targets, ensure compliance with company policies and local laws, and maintain updated and formal contracts for all dealer accounts. Requirements of the Regional Sales Manager

Proven experience in new business development, product marketing, and sales, particularly within a dealer network, ideally in the Lifting business (Pick & Carry or mobile Cranes) Strong technical knowledge of equipment, including sales and application expertise, with a track record of successful negotiation and sales closure. Demonstrated ability in commercial thinking, innovative problem-solving, and achieving results-oriented goals. Flexibility to travel abroad for visiting manufacturing sites in India and Australia, as well as partners in Canada. Salary
