What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Lead sales teams and service technicians in achieving regional sales and profit goals
Represent the employer's products at local, regional, and national tradeshows
Identify and pursue new construction and retrofit sales opportunities
Provide product training to end-users and conduct pre-construction meetings
Maintain Salesforce pipeline to meet assigned sales goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
Four‑year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of four years of outside sales and specification experience in the landscape/irrigation industry
Experience in landscape architecture or irrigation design
Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication and presentation skills
Clean DMV record and ability to travel up to 10%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Certification as a Certified Irrigation Technician (CIT) or Certified Irrigation Contractor (CIC)
Experience with CRM tools, specifically Salesforce
Knowledge of technical irrigation and landscape products
Spanish speaking is a plus
Strong desire to learn new products and techniques
