What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead sales teams and service technicians in achieving regional sales and profit goals
Represent products at local, regional, and national tradeshows
Identify and pursue new construction and retrofit sales opportunities
Conduct product training and pre‑construction meetings for end‑users
Maintain a Salesforce pipeline to meet assigned sales targets
What is Required (Qualifications)
Four‑year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of four years of outside sales experience in the landscape/irrigation industry
Knowledge of landscape architecture or irrigation design
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, particularly Salesforce
Must possess a clean DMV record and be able to travel up to 10%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Certified Irrigation Technician (CIT) or Certified Irrigation Contractor (CIC)
Experience with field troubleshooting and installation of irrigation control equipment
Bilingual in Spanish
Strong knowledge of technical irrigation and landscape products
High mechanical aptitude and understanding of irrigation hydraulic principles
