What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Achieve sales revenue and profitability targets in the assigned region
Lead and develop the sales team, providing direction and accountability
Maintain strong relationships with clients, including hospitals and clinics
Recruit, train, and evaluate new sales representatives
Implement sales strategies for orthopedic products and monitor performance against objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 6 years of medical sales leadership experience
Proven experience selling to hospitals and large clinics, with knowledge of GPO and IDN contracting processes
Strong competency in managing a CRM system for customer growth
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree preferred; Master’s degree is a plus
Understanding of reimbursement processes in outpatient care settings
Preferred residence within the assigned region
Ability to thrive in a complex, matrixed organization
Demonstrated ability to drive strategic deals in the region
