What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead, direct, and develop the sales team to achieve revenue and profitability targets
Maintain relationships with clinical, dealer, and distributor networks within the region
Implement sales strategies for all orthopedic products and drive growth in the field
Conduct appraisals and provide career development support for direct reports
Establish strong relationships with key opinion leaders and decision-makers in the healthcare sector
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 6 years of medical sales leadership experience
Experience selling into hospitals and large clinics, with knowledge of GPO and IDN contracting
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
Bachelor’s degree preferred; Master’s degree is a plus
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to travel 80% of the time

Familiarity with reimbursement processes in outpatient care settings
Previous experience in managing a sales team and driving customer growth
Strong organizational and time management skills
