Job Responsibilities
Lead, direct, and develop the sales team to achieve revenue and profitability targets
Manage pipeline and CRM to drive customer growth and sales performance
Establish and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, hospitals, and decision-makers
Recruit, train, and support new sales representatives in the field
Implement sales strategies for orthopedic products while monitoring performance against objectives
Qualifications
Minimum of 6 years of medical sales leadership experience
Experience selling to hospitals and clinics, with knowledge of GPO and IDN contracting processes
Proficiency in managing a CRM system and Microsoft Office applications
Ability to organize time and resources effectively, with approximately 80% travel required
Bachelor’s degree preferred; Master’s degree is a plus
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in reimbursement processes impacting outpatient care settings
Proven track record in driving sales growth and strategic deals
Strong communication and leadership skills within a matrixed organization
