What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Interact face to face with customers to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions

Develop and implement customer strategies to enhance account sales growth of Animal Health products

Collaborate with team members and management to plan and execute sales strategies

Analyze account routing and sales results, managing daily calls through CRM tools

Create account-specific business plans and share best practices with team members

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s Degree required

Experience with the Ruminant and Dairy Industry

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

Proficient computer skills including knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Ability to travel overnight and some weekends

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the Animal Health Industry

Experience in account management and business development

Knowledge of animal health protocols and pharmaceutical products

Existing relationships in the territory are a plus

Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required
