What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Engage face-to-face with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored Animal Health product solutions
Develop and implement customer strategies to drive account sales growth
Collaborate with team members and management to execute the sales planning process
Analyze account performance and manage daily activities through CRM tools
Create customized value propositions in partnership with technical services
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s Degree required
Experience in the Ruminant & Dairy Industry
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and iPad usage
Ability to travel overnight and participate in weekend activities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the Animal Health Industry
Experience in account management and business development
Knowledge of animal health protocols and pharmaceutical products
Existing relationships in the territory are advantageous
Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required
