What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers, identifying business opportunities
Develop and implement customer strategies to drive sales growth of Animal Health products
Collaborate with team members and distribution partners to execute sales plans
Analyze account performance and manage daily interactions using CRM tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s Degree required
Experience with the Ruminant and Dairy Industry
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and iPad usage
Ability to travel overnight and work weekends as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the Animal Health Industry
Experience in account management and business development
Knowledge of animal health protocols and pharmaceutical products
Existing relationships within the territory
Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required
