We are seeking an experienced Agronomy Account Manager to oversee fertilizer and pesticide application operations while managing a portfolio of landscape maintenance accounts. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients while ensuring high-quality agronomic services, safety, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be both hands-on in the field and effective in managing crews and client relationships. Responsibilities:
Oversee fertilizer and pesticide applications across assigned properties Inspect properties, identify issues, and develop treatment plans Ensure proper equipment calibration, chemical handling, and regulatory compliance Maintain accurate application records and enforce safety standards Serve as the main point of contact for clients and ensure satisfaction Manage maintenance contracts and identify enhancement opportunities Schedule crews, equipment, and materials to meet production goals Train and support spray technicians and assist with team management Monitor inventory, materials, and job costs Qualifications:
CPCO license required 5+ years of fertilizer and pesticide application experience, including leadership experience Prior landscape or related industry experience required Strong knowledge of turf, pest, and weed identification and treatment Ability to manage client relationships and multiple properties Strong communication and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel preferred) Valid driver’s license required Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to lift, bend, walk, and perform physical labor as needed Benefits:
