Responsibilities

Own end-to-end sales: prospecting, demos, negotiation, and closing.

Target retail, D2C, FMCG, and eCommerce brands.

Deliver consultative pitches around loyalty, CRM, referrals, and customer retention.

Engage senior decision-makers (CMOs, Heads of CRM, CX, and Marketing).

Work closely with internal teams for a smooth handover to onboarding and Customer Success.

Track market trends and share insights with leadership.

Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and forecasting accuracy.

Requirements

2+ years of B2B SaaS closing experience.

Prior experience selling Retail Loyalty / CRM / Customer Engagement solutions (Mandatory).

Strong pipeline management and negotiation skills.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Proven ability to close mid-market and enterprise deals.

Existing network within retail/D2C brands is a strong plus.
