We're seeking a driven Maintenance Sales Representative to promote comprehensive maintenance agreement offerings for HVAC, refrigeration, and related systems within a defined territory. In this role, you'll prospect facilities across vertical markets, perform site surveys to identify service needs, collaborate with operations teams to craft tailored proposals, and close deals that ensure seamless customer experiences. This position offers flexibility, uncapped commission potential, and the chance to drive revenue growth while leveraging our national resources and local presence for impactful results.

Responsibilities

Create and manage quality prospect lists through lead generation and territory prospecting.

Conduct site surveys, asset inspections, and needs assessments to qualify opportunities and align solutions with client objectives.

Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, handle objections, and negotiate contracts to close maintenance agreements.

Collaborate with internal teams to estimate, implement, and transition new agreements for optimal customer satisfaction.

Utilize CRM tools to track pipeline, sales activity, and performance metrics.

Maintain relationships with existing clients to drive renewals, upsells, and referrals.

Qualifications

3+ years of sales experience (HVAC, mechanical services, and/or maintenance agreements preferred)

Proven track record in lead generation, prospecting, closing deals, and building client relationships at all organizational levels.

Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office; valid driver's license and willingness to travel within territory.

Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
