What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Conduct sales calls to promote, sell, and service the employer's Cardiac Rhythm Management products and services
Implement quarterly sales plans and achieve sales goals, while maintaining product knowledge
Coordinate customer activities during assigned meetings and complete necessary administrative reporting
Provide ongoing field intelligence reports regarding competitive activity, market changes, and customer preferences
Train and educate customers on product performance and maintain adequate inventory for efficient service
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma (or equivalent) AND 10+ years of relevant experience, OR
Associate’s Degree AND 8+ years of relevant experience, OR
Bachelor’s Degree AND 6+ years of relevant experience in medical devices or healthcare
Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy
Ability to work and travel outside of normal business hours, including weekends and evenings
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Preference for local candidates with prior experience at the employer
Demonstrated success in previous sales roles indicating high performance
6+ years of medical sales experience in a hospital setting, particularly with interventional cardiologists or electrophysiologists
Experience selling implantable Cardiac Rhythm Management products for 8+ years
