Develop and execute a territory-level business plan in alignment with company policies and ethics
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and certifications for the company’s offerings
Conduct compliant sales discussions with healthcare providers to align their needs with company products
Provide regular updates to management on customer needs and market dynamicsMonitor business performance against objectives using company tools for effective planning
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or high school diploma with relevant work experience (0-3 years for S1 Level; 3+ years for S2 Level)
Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic sales plans
Comfortable using digital tools to engage with healthcare professionals
Proven track record of success in educational and professional settings
Valid driver’s license and ability to build strong customer relationships
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Background in sales, account management, or consultative roles
Experience analyzing metrics to evaluate progress toward sales goals
Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in cardiovascular sales
Established relationships with cardiologists and endocrinologists
Proficiency in using advanced analytics to generate customer insights
