What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and execute a territory-level business plan aligned with company policies and standards
Maintain current product knowledge and certifications for the company’s portfolio
Conduct compliant product sales discussions with healthcare providers to meet customer needs
Provide management with updates on customer needs and marketplace dynamics
Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools to support planning and sales impact
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or High School diploma with relevant experience in sales or healthcare
Minimum of 0-3 years of relevant work experience for S1 level or 3+ years for S2 level
Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic sales plans
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills
Valid driver’s license and willingness to reside within specified territory distances
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in sales, account management, or consultative roles
Background in cardiovascular sales with established relationships with healthcare professionals
Proficiency in using advanced analytics for customer insights
Demonstrated success in launching products in competitive markets
