What You’ll Do
Lead crews to meet project timelines
Help with training of crew members
Read and understand blueprints
Ensure safety compliance with company policies, OSHA, DOT regulations
Assist Supervisor with day‑to‑day activities
Speak with property owners regarding work to be performed and resolve any issues
Safely operate heavy equipment and machinery
Perform work in all weather conditions
Other duties as assigned
What You’ll Need
18 years of age or older
Authorized to work in the United States
Valid driver’s license
High School Diploma, GED equivalent, relevant work experience, or a combination of education and experience preferred
At least three years of related work experience
Previous Foreman experience preferred
Physical Abilities & Exposures
Work alone in remote locations and confined spaces; arms above shoulder level; operate vehicle and heavy machinery; squeeze; fine hand motion; bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs; lift > 55 lbs
Occasionally use ladder, keyboard, and mouse
