What You'll Do

Prospect & engage through cold calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach

Generate interest and schedule discovery calls and demo meetings with the right decision‑makers

Develop deep product knowledge to confidently communicate DocTract's value to Compliance, HR, Risk, and Operations leaders

Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to continuously sharpen messaging and targeting

Maintain clean, accurate CRM records that help the whole team win

Represent DocTract with energy, professionalism, and pride

Who You Are

6 months to 2 years of BDR/SDR experience (SaaS preferred)

Tech‑savvy and comfortable navigating CRM platforms, sales tools, and LinkedIn with ease (Experience with SalesLoft or HubSpot is a plus)

Confident, competitive, and results‑driven

Curious, coachable, and hungry to win

A strong communicator who can manage multiple prospects and conversations simultaneously

Consistently positive and resilient

Organized, self‑motivated, and a genuine team player
