Drive quality and efficiency of processes in the regional CEVA Lead Logistics / 4PL operational Supply Chain Control Tower teams and through this ensures the delivery of high‑quality logistics services to CEVA’s global customers. This function works in close alignment with CLL management and operational teams in the region to drive improvements, standardization and governance initiatives to improve Control Tower processes. This role focuses on Operational Framework and Process Governance, Continuous Improvement and Process Re‑engineering, and Document Management. What are you going to do?
Process Efficiency and Standardization:
Monitor quality and efficiency of operational process execution in the regional CLL Control Towers. Identify and document deviations to both internal process standards as well as customer agreements (e.g. SOPs). Drive process standardization by identifying best practices between Control Tower operations, and ensure these are documented and rolled out across all operational teams. Manage and oversee the effective implementation of corrective measures in Operations in alignment with operational management and contract management teams. Act as the overall owner of the Control Tower Change Management process, ensuring that all changes (internal / customer facing) are captured, documented and handled in a structured way. Align with regional Control Tower management and Operational management teams to ensure process coherence and standardization between different Control Tower locations and customer setups.
Continuous Improvement:
Accountable for identifying potential for improvement and standardization in operational processes and within operational IT solutions, using Lean tools and methodologies (e.g. Kaizen, 5 Why etc.). Propose measures for efficiency increase, including evaluation of process automation and outsourcing. Manage the implementation of selected improvement initiative programs with involved CLL teams, including estimation of implementation budget and operational run cost, controlling timely and in‑budget implementations and continuously monitoring ROI and efficiency of implemented measures. Instill and drive a mindset of excellence and continuous improvement throughout all CLL locations in the region and on all levels, from operators to regional management teams.
Documentation Management:
Oversee and guide operational teams in the generation of process documentation (SOPs, Work Instructions, Process Flowcharts) in line with CEVA Document Management standards and applicable industry quality standards (e.g. ISO, GXP etc.). Manage reviews of existing process documentation to ensure that all operational processes are properly documented, trained, and signed off. Be accountable for the CLL operational document governance on a regional level, ensuring that stakeholders on all levels comply with document governance processes.
Operational Excellence:
Provide guidance to operational teams in the implementation of structured processes to capture, follow up and resolve all operational incidents and non‑conformities. Train and support operational teams in the regular analysis of incidents, including identification of trends, and definition of corrective and preventive actions. Support operational teams on how to present information to customers during regular review meetings. Drive regional Control Tower Management teams and Contract Management teams to establish improvement plans for recurring process issues, both internally and in collaboration with CLL customers and suppliers.
What are we looking for?
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field with a comparable level of experience. Minimum five years in a comparable role (Business Analysis, Process Management, Operational Excellence or similar). Industry Knowledge:
Practical knowledge and experience in transportation, logistics or warehousing, or other process‑oriented fields in the industry (e.g. supply chain, manufacturing, distribution etc.). Project Experience:
Proven track record in Project Implementation, Change Management, Business Process Improvements, Continuous Improvement, Lean Management projects or similar. Lean Management:
Knowledge of Lean Management (or similar) principles and related tools. Technical Skills:
Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Visio); knowledge of BI tools (Business Objects, Tableau, Qlik) on an end‑user level. Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical and process management skills; quality‑ and solution‑driven mindset with a strong affinity to data and details. Communication:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to connect with and adapt communication to stakeholders of all levels, from operational end users to senior management. Leadership:
Strong willingness to take initiative and inspire, motivate and influence individuals and teams to achieve the desired results. Training:
Experienced in preparing and providing trainings, guidelines and presentations; ability to give instructions and convey content in a structured and coherent manner. Mindset:

Fluency and previous working experience in English (written and spoken) is mandatory. Travel:
