Business Development Representative Service Business Development Representative
to join our team! In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers building strong relationships, answering inquiries, and following up on service opportunities. You’ll handle both
inbound and outbound calls
to help grow our business and ensure every customer receives exceptional service.
What You’ll Do:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote service opportunities.
Respond to inbound calls, emails, and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
Schedule service appointments and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
Work closely with the service and sales teams to achieve department goals.
Provide excellent customer service with every interaction.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development preferred.
Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with customers.
Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
Ability to work full-time.
