Position Overview
In this role, you’ll handle inbound and outbound customer communication, schedule service appointments, and coordinate closely with field teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
What You’ll Do
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a friendly, professional manner
Schedule service calls and appointments for HVAC, electrical, and plumbing services
Ensure field teams have full, efficient schedules
Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries, service requests, and bookings
Confirm appointments and adjust schedules as needed
Enter and update customer information accurately in the CRM system
Monitor job status and coordinate with field staff to ensure timely service delivery
Provide customers with clear information regarding service options, availability and pricing
Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while maintaining quality service
Communicate promotions, discounts, and available services to customers
Work closely with the scheduling team to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of customer service experience
(HVAC or home services experience preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time‑management abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment
Comfortable handling high call volumes
Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applications
Positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures
Team‑oriented mindset
