About the Opportunity A growing environmental services company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support daily operations and client communication. This is a fast‑paced role working closely with customers, drivers, and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding service requests, scheduling, and account inquiries

Enter and update customer information in internal systems

Coordinate service schedules with operations/dispatch teams

Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner

Process orders, service changes, and cancellations

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Qualifications

1+ year of customer service or call center experience

Strong communication and problem‑solving skills

Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment

Basic computer skills (CRM or data entry experience preferred)

Ability to multitask and stay organized
