Responsibilities Integrated marketing team covering all marketing dimensions through a twofold approach: Strategic marketing and Product marketing.
Product Marketing
Provide sales with the support to ensure proper client understanding of our hedging and investment solutions (QIS, Structured product, Flow, Prime Brokerage) on a cross asset range: product presentations, RFP, sales trainings, knowledge management tools
Help financial engineers to convey their ideas and solutions with sales: cross asset product offer, product analysis / back-testing, regulatory approval
Provide clients with: bespoke marketing material for their own needs, dedicated trainings …
Product scope covers all asset classes with a strong emphasis on equity derivatives and fixed income derivatives. Client scope covers financial institutions and corporates
Strategic Marketing
Provide Sales teams and clients with an exhaustive panorama of our solutions & services across regions, with appropriate marketing collateral to make it understandable to all stakeholders
Develop relevant adding value client services aiming to increase client satisfaction
Ensure high visibility of the most important cross-asset research analyst convictions
Contribute to widen client access to Société Générale services through cross-selling initiatives
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Producing detailed commercial presentations for distribution to clients and/or potential investors
Developing/creating brochures, newsletters, marketing campaigns, in order to keep the clients informed of our capabilities, services, and latest product innovations
Back testing products / excel computation (historical simulations of investment scenarios and product performance as well as analysis of returns - using macros (VBA or not) or requiring the development of macros)
Liaising with Legal department to develop and maintain US / Canada / LATAM compliant marketing and sales documents
Producing analytical reports
Strategic watching and competitive analysis on financial markets and trends in the Americas (data analysis & statistics, competitors' new releases and evolution, new development analysis – payoffs, underlings…)
Contributing to the training of the whole platform
Assisting with the organization of conferences and related events for client and salesperson networking in close coordination with internal communication team
Required / Profile Required Technical Skills
Excellent command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Strong mathematic and presentation skills
Desired / Plus
Python, VBA, modeling, Bloomberg experience a plus
QIS/Systematic strategies experience is a plus
Competencies
Strong interest in market finance and macro economics
Good communication skills necessary to interact with Sales and Engineers on the floor
Ability to manage complex processes dealing with multiple internal and external resources
Experience Needed
Knowledge and understanding of derivative instruments (options, swaps, futures …)
2-5 years of experience in a similar position
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's Degree (Finance, Business Studies, Engineering or Economics preferred), but we also look for analytical ability, leadership, commercial and business development skills, accuracy and attention to detail

COMPENSATION Base salary range does not include overtime pay, bonus and/or other benefits, where applicable. Actual base salary offer will vary based on skills and experience. The role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and includes a competitive benefits package including 401(k) plan with company match, medical/dental/vision, and other benefits for fertility, wellness, student loans and commuters.
