ABcom is seeking a
field-proven Low Voltage Foreman
to lead structured cabling and fiber infrastructure projects across the Phoenix market. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can run crews, maintain high-quality standards, and drive projects to completion safely and efficiently.
This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who has
real jobsite leadership experience
and takes ownership of their work.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise field technicians on copper and fiber installations
Coordinate daily with Project Managers to maintain schedule and budget
Oversee jobsite layout, execution, and quality control
Perform site surveys and interpret construction drawings
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety requirements
Train and mentor technicians to maintain high performance and consistency
Troubleshoot field issues and keep projects moving forward
Qualifications
5+ years of low voltage experience (copper and fiber)
Proven experience leading crews on active job sites
Strong understanding of structured cabling standards and best practices
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
Experience with fiber installation, termination, and troubleshooting
Strong communication and leadership skills
Preferred Certifications
BICSI Installer (Level 1 or 2)
OSHA or other safety certifications
Salary:
$66,560 – $79,400
(based on experience)
