
Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

As we continue to scale, we are looking for an HR Business Partner who operates as a strategic partner to our consulting leaders by translating enterprise people strategy into action within the business and ensuring consistent pull-through at the team and project level. Reporting into the Global Head of People, this role is accountable for bringing our people strategy to life within Consulting, shaping how it shows up in day‑to‑day operations, advising on business‑specific talent needs, and owning targeted initiatives that drive performance, engagement, and delivery outcomes.
What You'll Own
Partner with Global Head of People Strategy and Experience, and consulting leadership to align headcount, skill mix, and hiring plans to business demand
Diagnose gaps in capacity, capability, and leverage (pyramid health)
Partner with TA and Staffing to prioritize hiring against real business needs and identify investments.
Drive a high bar for performance through clear standards, calibration, and differentiation
Partner with leaders to assess talent, identify underperformance early, and take action
Support promotion and advancement decisions with rigor and consistency
Ensure performance management is not a process, but a tool for decision‑making
Coach People Managers on how to lead, develop, and manage their teams effectively
Identify patterns of leadership risk (avoidance, inconsistency, overload) and intervene
Identify and address systemic drivers of engagement, burnout, and attrition
Use data (survey insights, retention signals, workload patterns) to inform action
Drive adoption of key people initiatives (performance model, career paths, compensation changes)
Translate strategy into practical execution within the consulting environment
Ensure consistency across teams while allowing for necessary business nuance
Own specific people strategy initiatives as required
Use data to diagnose organizational health and inform decisions
Provide leaders with clear, actionable insights
Surface risks early (attrition, engagement, performance gaps)
What You'll Bring
8–12+ years in HR, with significant experience in business partnering within a consulting, professional services, or high‑growth environment
Strong commercial mindset. You understand how people decisions impact revenue, margin, and delivery
Proven ability to influence and challenge senior leaders
Experience driving performance management, talent reviews, and workforce planning
Ability to operate in ambiguity and move quickly without over‑engineering
High judgment, strong backbone, and low tolerance for mediocrity
$105,000 - $140,000 a year
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Beghou, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $110,000 to $140,000.
